How to set up a free video consultation in six steps

1. Before your initial consultation, call us on +41 31 337 06 71 to obtain your Medi24 partner code.
2. Download the eedoctors app.
   
   
3. Register using the app.
4. Read and accept the GTCs.
5. Enter your Medi24 partner code when asked to do so.
6. Activate your video consultation.
